About Pepty
Is Pepty a franchise or business-in-a-box?
No. Pepty is peptide-care infrastructure: not a franchise, not a supplement shop, not a business-in-a-box, and not an opportunity funnel. We help clinics, beauty and wellness practices, fitness professionals and gyms, wellness operators, and hospitals build responsible peptide programs around the patient relationships they already have. The brand, the practice, and the clinical judgment remain yours.
Who can apply?
Clinics, beauty and wellness practices, fitness professionals and gyms, wellness operators, and hospitals or health systems in the Philippines that are committed to responsible care. Applications are reviewed for fit, readiness, and that commitment. There is no checkout and no payment step at any point.
Does Pepty prescribe or treat patients?
No. Pepty never practices medicine. Licensed healthcare professionals remain responsible for evaluation, prescribing, treatment decisions, monitoring, and escalation in every program. Pepty builds the infrastructure around their judgment: sourcing, testing, verification, workflows, and patient tools.
Quality and testing
What does independent testing include?
Product-specific testing through appropriately accredited Philippine laboratories, including DOST or UP facilities where appropriate and within scope. Batch verification covers identity, strength, purity, sterility, endotoxins, stability, and other applicable quality attributes. Products remain quarantined until the required documentation and testing have been reviewed.
Which products will Pepty support first?
Three, each at a different stage of review. Tirzepatide: a clinician-led program for appropriate patients, subject to prescription, product registration, medical review, and applicable Philippine requirements. BPC-157 and the proposed Wolverine stack: investigational, requiring separate evidence, safety, regulatory, and clinical review before any patient-facing launch. The Glow Complex: a proposed formulation requiring ingredient verification, product testing, safety review, and confirmation of regulatory classification before commercial release. No product is offered simply because demand exists.
Is tirzepatide risk-free?
No treatment is risk-free, and we will never describe one that way. Tirzepatide is framed as a clinician-led program for appropriate patients, subject to prescription, product registration, medical review, and applicable Philippine requirements. Whether it is appropriate for any individual is a clinical decision made by a licensed healthcare professional, never a default and never a guarantee.
What does the Pepty Platinum Standard mean?
It is the six-gate standard every product must pass before release: qualified sourcing, independent testing, batch verification, controlled handling, clinical oversight, and ongoing accountability. If we cannot verify what a product is, where it came from, how it was made, or how it should be handled, we do not release it. The Platinum Standard is not a claim that any treatment is risk-free. It is our commitment to make uncertainty visible, quality verifiable, and patient safety part of every decision.

The First 50
What is the first workshop?
One informational workshop for the founding cohort: the First 50. It covers what it takes to build a responsible peptide program in the Philippines: sourcing, independent testing, verification, clinical workflows, and patient care. It is an application, never a checkout, and there is no payment step anywhere.
Why are there only 50 seats?
Because the first cohort sets the standard for everyone who follows. Fifty seats keeps the workshop working. Every application is reviewed for fit, readiness, and commitment to responsible care, and every seat goes to someone prepared to build this properly.
